How do I place an order?
All orders require a written request - We accept departmental Purchase Orders (P.O.’s) by mail, fax or e-mail. An email with the order details, a ship to/bill to address and contact information are acceptable. Please provide all noted information requests (such as helmet size, color, etc.) and call for any assistance, if needed, in ordering. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Tax: Tax applies only to California Customers at their appropriate local rate. Shipping: Prices do not include shipping charges.
All orders ship FedEx ground unless agreed otherwise prior to ordering. Next Day and 2nd Day services are available at additional charge. Please call for shipping charges. Insurance fees will be included in shipping charges for all orders over $100. Insurance fees are $.75 per one-hundred dollars.
All damage claims are responsibility of the freight carrier.
Do I have to buy a helmet from PVP?
Although we do sell many different brands of helmets, purchase of a new helmet is not required to purchase or use our helmet communication products. Our systems will work with most helmets available.
How do I pair my Bluetooth interface?
Each PVP Communications system has a similar yet individual pairing process. Please visit our technical documents page for instructions or feel free to contact us.
How do I get something repaired?
To have an item repaired, please fill out the repair form and return item with completed form or contact us at sales@pvpcom.com
Do you sell radios?
No, we do not offer the actual radios. We are a radio accessories manufacturer.
Will a PVP headset work with another manufacturers interface?
In some cases, yes. we are able to build our connect wired equipment to work with other manufacturer's interfaces. We will need details of which system type you have. Contact us for more details. OUR PVP WIRELESS EQUIPMENT WILL NOT WORK WITH OUTSIDE MANUFACTURER EQUIPMENT.
Do you sell to the general public?
No, PVP products are for sale only to law enforcement personnel and municipalities.
Who should install my PVP equipment?
We generally recommend having a professional do the install, two-way radio shops generally are the best option. However, many of our customers have done it themselves with no problems, this depends on how comfortable you are with disassembling/re-assembling your motorcycle. Most of our motor kits are plug and play type of connections, but some soldering may be required. We are always available to provide you with assistance during your install, just give us a call.
What's your warranty policy?
PVP Communications, Inc. products come with a warranty covering all defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of original retail purchase. At its option PVP Communications, Inc. will repair or replace any defective part(s) or equipment. The provisions of the warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect electrical or mechanical installation, unauthorized modifications, accident, nor to units which have been repaired or altered outside of PVP Communications, Inc.
The warranty is extended only to the original owner of the PVP Communications, Inc. product and may not be transferred or assigned. In the event that the product does not conform to the warranty, the product should be shipped prepaid to PVP Communications, Inc. Transportation charges, insurance fees, and labor costs for shipment, removal, or reinstallation of product are not covered by this warranty.
Loss or damage in shipment is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. Repair as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. PVP Communications, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the duration of the warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state.
PVP Communications, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design and to make improvements in its products without the obligation to incorporate the changes or improvements in any of its previously manufactured products. PVP Communications, Inc. has not authorized anyone to make representations or warranties other than the warranty contained herein.

How do I get pricing?
Our products are unique to the user's needs, and made to order, ensuring the best quality and functionality. This makes pricing dependent on what the user is ordering. Contact our sales department at sales@pvpcom.com to discuss which system is best for you.
What is the return policy?
Return of any merchandise must be authorized by PVP Communications in advance by means of a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). A Return Material Authorization number will be issued for all company approved returns, and no returns will be accepted without an RMA number clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping container. No return of worn helmets. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned goods. No returns after 90 days of sale.
Items must be returned with the original paperwork and in new condition.
All sales of custom items or special requests are final.
